Personality:
Lyria is basically the personified version of the sun; bright and full of warmth. Her presence touches everyone she has ever been in contact with, and without her some might not even be able to survive.
She was not always the bright and sunshine girl many know today, though. During her capture by the Erste Empire, Lyria was simply a hollow shell of her present self. Lacking in both smiles and showing little to no emotion, she had shut herself away from the rest of the world. It was not until her constant visits by Katalina did the girl slowly begin to open up to her. She is far more outgoing now, but some of those old habits still linger. She is known to be pretty nervous at times and tends to get embarrassed easily. Yet with each passing day she is ever growing and ever learning!

She is a curious girl- having been locked away from as long as she could remember, she treasures every new experience with bright enthusiasm! Lyria adores discovering new places, things, and locations, and is always excited to visit new areas she discovers along her travels. She was even encouraged by Katalina to keep a log of all her adventures, which she keeps at her side in a small journal that was given to her. Written inside our details about her journeys, the people she has met, and even trinkets and summons she has encountered.

Energetic and full of life, this girl is an enthusiastic bundle of joy. She is constantly smiling and laughing, taking no moment for granted and treasuring every person she encounters. She cares deeply for her companions, being of the self-sacrificing type. When the MC dies at the beginning of the story protecting her, Lyria does not hesitate to give up half of her life source in order to bring them back to life. She would do that to anyone she meets- growing fast connections and developing long lasting friendships as quickly as she meets them.

Despite her physical appearance, Lyria is not a force to be reckoned with! In the past it was difficult for her to be of "value" on the battlefield, being that she wasn't able to swing a sword like Katalina, or use magic like Io, but recently she has unlocked abilities inside of herself that has allowed her to be more effective during combat. However, even before this, she never allowed herself to be a burden to the rest of the party. Lyria would always find ways to convince the others to let her be of help, even if it was the smallest of gestures. There was not much could do in a physical sense, but she hated the feeling of everyone working so hard, and for her not to be there to help. She never wants to be considered a burden and is always willing to throw herself in the middle of confrontation if it is to help alongside her friends.

Lyria is the type of person to see the good in everyone, despite how they act or appear on the outside. Countless times during their travels she has encountered those with less than desirable personalities, yet has treated them with acceptance and respect. Even when she had a literal sword to her face by a man who suspected her of controlling and using her powers for evil, she never got mad at them, and instead tried to reason with them.

"You want to know how I can summon Primal beasts? I just feel the need to use this power to help someone. Anyone! I can't explain it very well... But when I help someone who's in trouble, I think it somehow makes the world a better place, even if by just a tiny bit!"

It is due to Lyria's outward kindness that has melted the hearts of many crew members of the Grandcypher and was the very reason for their influence in joining with her fellow skyfarers. She carries a welcoming aura about her and does her best to make sure everyone feels like the ship is a second home.

However, bundled with all these wonderful personality traits, one has to remember that despite not knowing her exact age... Lyria is still a child. She pouts and gets angry, cries easily, and wears her emotions on her (nonexistent) sleeve. She doesn't like being told "no" when offering to help others, but never goes as far as to throw a tantrum about it. She gets excited as easily as she gets scared. Emotions are new and exciting to her just like the people she encounters along the way, and those emotions are somewhat exaggerated when in a position she has never been in before. She doesn't hide away from them as they are blatantly written on her face. Lyria is an open book, and will be the first to speak her mind.

All in all Lyria genuinely cares for those around her, and their pain affects her, too. She cries for others, worries, and is empathetic towards people's situations. She has a heart of gold and will literally do anything in her power to make sure someone is able to smile.

Lyria holds a special ability in her world to control what are known as "Primals" and summon them to aid her in battle. Large, spiritual beasts and humanoids with powers boarding the level of gods. Her most notable, Bahamut, is a large dragon with devastatingly powerful fire breath. She is connected to these Primals spiritually, in that Lyria is able to hear and even feel their emotions. She is able to sense when they are close-by, as well. It should also be noted that during her stay in this world her connection to her summons will be severely limited, and will not cause as much destructive power as they would in her own world.

Lyria also specializes in buffering the main character and her allies, giving them boosts that increase their defenses. She also has healing mechanics, as well.

While her personality might align her with more Paladin ways, Lyria would be best suited for Corsair! Being a skyfarer in her world already means she's got the pirate thing going on, and is use to running from the law (aka the Erste Empire). She would enjoy the freedoms and less restrictions that this armada has.
